Chocolate Almond Cookies Recipe

First …

  1. 80 grams of unsalted butter is softened to room temperature in advance .

2. Add 50g of sugar powder to the butter and mix well .

3. Add beaten eggs to the butter .

4. Beat the butter until the color is whitish .

5. Sift in 120 grams of low-gluten flour / cake flour and 10 grams of cocoa powder.

6. Stir until there is no dry powder.

7. Add almond and chocolate chips.

8. Knead into dough. ( If the dough is too loosen, add some milk )

9. Roll into a cylindrical shape.

10. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 3 hours.

11. Cut into 8mm biscuit slices.

12. Arrange on the baking sheet.

13. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
