  1. Add 85g of Lard , 240g of Wheat flour , 20g of white sugar and 100g of water in a big bowl.
  2. Knead all the ingredients, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes.

short-crust / oil-mixed dough ( B )

  1. Prepare 85g of Lard, 8g of Matcha powder and 160g of cake flour in another bowl.
  2. Mix them well and knead it into dough.

Matcha Mung Bean Paste ( C )

  1. Prepare 350g of mung bean paste , add 8g of matcha powder and mix well.
