  1. Pour 200g od whipping cream with 12g of unsalted butter in a hot pot.

  3. Use a rubber spatula to mix them well in the pot.

  5. Turn on a low heat and keep stirring until thick.
  6. Prepare a mug or cup and apply a layer of oil to prevent sticking.
  7. Pour the pudding paste into mug or cup.
  8. Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  9. After 3 hours, take out the ice pudding, the inverted button can be easily demoulded.
  10. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and simply decorate it.
