  1. Prepare 2 eggs in a small bowl.

  4. Add 80g of unsalted butter into the chocolate bowl.
  5. Melt the chocolate and butter in water and stir smoothly. ( Remember! The water temperature should not be too high! )
  6. Add eggs and stir well.
  7. At this time, sift in 65 grams of low-gluten flour / cake flour and 20 grams of cocoa powder.
  8. Stir them evenly with a rubber spatula.
